Binoculars are basically two telescopes mounted right next to each other. All binoculars have three key elements. Binoculars are a magnifying device with two eyepieces and usually are used to determine elements at a distance as if they were much closer. Several normal binoculars are not water resistant and can’t be used properly in certain weather conditions.
